CHRISTMAS MARKET DATES
It's a busy time of year and I am very lucky to participate in some very exciting Christmas Markets. First up is Slane Castle and I am delighted to be back for another year of festive fun with locally made arts and crafts. Next up is Oldbridge, this will be my first time trading at the Oldbridge Christmas Market, nestled in the beautiful surroundings of the Battle of the Boyne vistor center you can expect a lot of festive fun and treats for all the family. Next up is a first for me in No. 1 Georges Quay with Unique Markets Dublin on Thursday December 12th. Last but not least the Flux Design Studio Christmas Market, I feel honoured to be included in this market which features an abundance of talented Irish designers and makers. So checkout your local Christmas Markets this year to support small business and pick up that extra special Christmas gift. We would love to see you!
NEW ARTWORKS
I am slowly introducing some new artworks. I like to capture places that mean something to me and over the years I have collected some photos and using a drawing technique known as stippling I am building a new series of artworks. Stippling captures light and shadows using nothing but dots. The image below is 'St Laurence's Gate' in Drogheda, Co Louth. My mum grew up on this street and it was a place that even during the dark depths of her dementia she never forgot it. Original artwork printed on a natural cotton fabric (8 x 10 inches). Prints available at my stall in Temple Bar every Thursday and Saturday.
TEMPLE BAR SQUARE MARKETS
Very excited to announce that I will be trading every Saturday on Temple Bar Square from this Saturday 5th October. This is a very new, vibrant and exciting market with lots of great traders. Do come and say Hi if you are in the Temple Bar area on a Thursday or Saturday from 10 AM to 4.30 PM.

OTHER NEWS
I recently completed my post graduate certificate in Creative Entrepreneurship with Trinity College and I am excited to share my new learned skills going forward. It was a very enjoyable time in my life and an achievement I am very proud of. I met some very talented creatives and look forward to following their creative adventures.
KELLS TYPE TRAIL 2024
I am very excited to be part of the Kells Type Trail for 2024. I was able to delve back into my sign making skills from working in a sign company in the US many years ago. I am also using some traditional embroidery techniques along with my beloved digital skills to create a unique and tactile piece exploring how font styles have evolved over time. More on this coming soon!
